‘WeRISE’ App launches now!
The ‘WeRISE’ App is a mobile application tailored for stroke rehabilitees and their carers. It is now available for download from Google Play and Apple App Store!
Objective
The objective of the ‘WeRISE’ app is to assist stroke rehabilitees in lowering the risk of recurrent stroke and strengthen the care capacity of carers and family.
This mobile application provides the following major functions in the form of a one-step platform:

Record the patient’s health indicators to facilitate review.

Provide practical care tips, such as instructional videos.

Provide resource maps, including detailed hospital and institution information.

WeRISE chatbot.

Stroke patient and carer forum.
