Highlights from volunteer citation and stroke rehabilitees and carers prize presentation on ‘Stroke

‘WeRISE’ Support Action for Families of Stroke Patients organized by the Sau Po Centre on Ageing, The University of Hong Kong, is committed to supporting families of stroke patients and helping them reintegrate into the community.

On 4 May 2019 (Sat) at The Hong Kong Jockey Club Building for Interdisciplinary Research, WeRISE held the ‘Stroke Care Day’ Volunteer Citation & Rehabilitees and Carers Prize Presentation Ceremony. The event included volunteer representatives’ sharing opinions on WeRISE and presentation of memorial prizes to volunteers and service subscribers. The highlights from the event are as follows:
